Teens Executive Support Day Centre services help young persons and adults with a range of needs to live independently and safely in their local communities. This includes individuals with autism, moderate brain injuries, learning disabilities, Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS), mental health needs and those who present with behaviours that may be challenging.

This specialist day centre service offers life-changing activities to our service users, an opportunity to get involved in their community. We can assure you of our wide range of programs, from filming to poetry reading, jogging / exercise sessions to local history and crafts to flower arranging, this is a refreshing and unique alternative to conventional day centre.

Young Persons and adults with learning disabilities are especially welcome. Teens Executive Support Day Centre, service users are invited to make use of our exercise studio (facilitated by one of our expert fitness instructors) and enjoy lunch with our staff members. Come check out our premises for one of your familiarisation tours to enjoy the uniqueness of our service, with a dedicated staff on hand to support your through the day.

We offer exceptionally much more than most conventional day centres. We adore to support you get the most out of your excitement, enabling you to meet new people and take part in a range of group activities, whilst promoting better relationships with other people in the community. A change of scenery or group reading of a newspaper or magazine in a friendly environment might end up meaning so much to many of our service users.

We support individuals to maximise their independence as much as possible through all forms of activities:
  • Fine Art including painting and drawing
  • Dance, drama, and playing musical instruments
  • Crossword puzzles
  • Boogie days at end of the week or month
  • Simple snacks and cooking lessons
  • Computer and software skills
  • Outdoor activities like paint balling, football, forest / park walks, and shopping
  • Sensory room

We provide personalised support with:
  • Developing and maintaining life survival skills, say food shopping, cooking and household chores.
  • Healthy lifestyles such as food and nutrition planning, sporting activities.
  • Help with finances and budgeting and tenancy management.
  • Voluntary or work placements.
  • Travel training and site seeing.
  • Social life and leisure activities such as attending clubs, organising trips and holidays.
  • College activities and college work.
  • Personal care skills.
